I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service with their mobile service. I called late in the day and scheduled an appointment for noon the next day, he was there on time and had everything needed to do the work. My husband and I found Doug’s mobile auto nearly a year ago and have refused to use any other mechanic service ever since! Any issues that we’ve had with our vehicles have been taken care of in such a timely matter, for the fairest of pricing, from truly honest, great people. We’ll never have to deal with leaving our car in a shop for a week or more with poor communication or leaving a shop hoping the work was done right only for the problem to reoccur soon after because they used a quick fix but charged an arm and a leg.
This place is great!! My heater went out on one of the coldest days this year. They squeezed me in the same day and fixed my car. The price was fair, and the people were friendly. I highly recommend bringing your car here. I will definitely be coming here for any issues I have in the future.
